Laboratory
Jansen Recycling Group has its own laboratory. Here we have all the resources needed to analyse the most wide-ranging types of material. Using spectral technology, we analyse up to 27 elements down to the ppm range. That’s crucial for re-use at smelters. Our laboratory works independently and in accordance with all our certifications.
Spectral technology
Our laboratory researches all incoming residual materials. For initial chemical analysis, we use portable XRF/LIBS spectrometers.
Analyses
Using specialised equipment, we carry out the most accurate analyses. This includes the ARL 3460 Optical Emission Spectrometer.
Sampling
Our laboratory also has other resources to prepare typical samples. These include an induction furnace, centrifuges and mixers.
Material specifications
We sample all incoming materials. We check purchase specifications and provide guarantees to all our material-processing partners.
